Local Backups:<\/strong> We maintain encrypted offsite backups on our private local servers located in Mobile County, AL<\/strong>. This ensures your data remains under our direct control and is not scattered across international servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you grant us permission to access your computer for support (via tools like RustDesk or MeshCentral), we only access your system for the duration of the support session. We do not maintain permanent unattended access to residential computers unless explicitly authorized by you for “Managed Services.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
